Skymont has a lot to offer Scouts, including a Polaris Program that is specifically designed for new Scouts. Details on the camp and the programs offered can be found in the 2020 Leader’s Guide. The cost of camp will be $300 minus tree lot credits. We should know the actual cost to Scouts soon.

Merit Badge Choices

After your Scout is signed up, have them start thinking about what merit badges they’d like to work on at camp. Merit badge choices will need to be made no later than Tuesday, March 3rd.

Scouts need to pick a first choice and second choice for each time slot, since classes are limited in size. The more popular classes (primarily Eagle Scout merit badges) fill up fast and are not necessarily offered during each time slot.
