Hightower Trail District is one of 13 member districts of the Atlanta Area Council of Scouting America (formerly Boy Scouts of America). Our membership includes Scouts (youth), Volunteer Scouters (adult leaders) and Professional Scouters (Scouting America employees) of northern DeKalb County, Georgia.
