The Atlanta Area Council’s Merit Badge Summit is now open for registration at https://www.scoutingatl.org/meritbadgesummit. Classes are filling up fast – many Eagle-required merit badges are already full just days after opening on the 8th!
Special Note for Scouts 13+: We strongly encourage scouts age 13 and older who have not yet completed Citizenship in Society to register for this class. This Eagle-required merit badge is difficult to complete within the troop due to age requirements and current roster gaps. Approximately 8 scouts in our troop fall into this category and need to complete this badge.
Important Reminder: After completing any merit badge classes or training sessions, scouts must provide their Tenaroo completion report to the Advancement Chair. Merit badges cannot be recorded in Scoutbook without this documentation.
